Think this came up last time, and it seemed the 'new account' option in the app only appeared during working hours (or something similar). Try again tomorrow during the day.

This is how it showed up for me also. I registered for the app and once that was all done you open the account in the app. Then you go to Products and scroll down and you’ll see the icon to switch… put in your donor account details in then make sure you’ve completed all the other criteria for the bonus.

I did everything in the Barclays switch requirements ( well I thought I did) downloaded the app, came to the £175 switch page, applied for the current account, went through all the security details, passport etc and was accepted and given a bank account number, I then joined the Blue Rewards scheme… but nowhere has my details of the bank I’m switching from been asked for.. have I messed up here?

Go to products tab at bottom of the home page. Scroll down to our services. You'll find it there.

Hi, I've downloaded the App and looked for the function to apply for a current account and can't find anything, including in the product and services section. Do you apply for and open the current account on the website first before completing the switch in the App? Thanks

Can anyone remember the last time Barclays did a switch reward.?

 I have had a current account with them before (solely to access the rainy day saver) which I closed about a year ago.  Vaguely think there might have been a switch incentive at the time they launched the rainy day saver?
