    Just got my bonus.....and immediately cancelled the blue rewards. Now to switch the account out to my chase backup account!

    Woohoo, the £175 has landed!  :D

    Switch completed and all criteria met on 22nd July for anyone that may be following.
    Good news. Mine completed on the 23rd......fingers crossed for tomorrow.
    I completed same day and bonus is in. Switch out time.

    I had exactly this exasperating problem. I rang up and actually got a very helpful chap who guided me through a (not intuitive) solution. On the website, login using membership number and last name, then on next screen even though you do know your 5 digit passcode, select the 'Don't know your passcode?' link. After that, it involved getting text messages etc and a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, but then I was in! Once you are in there is a link to view your PIN so the app is then available to set up.

    How did you get your membership number? Tried with the card/sort code+acc number option still no luck

    I think it was given to me as part of the account application process, I've checked and it wasn't sent by post, email or text.
    It should work the same with the card/sort code+acc number login option - what happened when you clicked the 'Don't know your passcode' link? Although I had the Barclays chap assisting me through the process, I don't think he had to do anything at his end, and although it was a bit of a performance it did work OK.
    If it still doesn't work give them a ring, the man I spoke to (Daniel) couldn't have been more helpful (maybe because I had opened a Premier account, lol)

    During one of my fruitless 'phone calls I was asked for that. When questioned as to what membership number that would be he did tell me.
    Otherwise I was not provided with one during the application.
    It's a 12 digit number.

    I'm in the same position as you (locked out with 00002 and no pin sent)
    This is my current position. A pin for my existing card has (allegedly) been sent in the post, apparently it can take 7 working days to arrive! I'm currently at  4 working days. In addition a new card and pin has (allegedly) been sent in the post with the same 7 working days nonsense caveat.

    I managed to register and login to the desktop version of the website (can't remember how now) but when I go to view pin I get a message saying "a technical error has occurred, please contact...)"

    No, I haven't received my £175 bonus, yet.
    The £175 bonus was paid into my account this morning.

    Received my text last Thursday and reward arrived today, so about 6/7 days?
