You dont get a pin in post (signed up weeks ago), you dont do a memorable word in the sign up (or mine does not work when signing in on desktop)
Reinstall app does not work as you need either pin or card reader (also need a pin for this) I believe the pin is stored in app, CS are clueless on this situation even though it rampant. Any recommendations?
ThanksSorry, but I can't provide any recommendations. I had very similar issues. Didn't receive any error codes though. I have posted my frustration earlier on in this thread.C.S. are useless and can't provide any answers or solutions. In the end, after not being able to access the account, closed it. I was told that a closure confirmation and final statement will be posted. Not yet it hasn't.It will be interesting to see if the account has actually been closed and, unknown to me, £5 will be debited for the Rewards which will put the account £5 overdrawn from the zero balance.Good luck to those who haven't had any problems and receiving the £175. I would suggest escape with your £175.0 -
i too had same issues, you have to contact support and request they send you out a card and pin number asap.
She said i had ticked show pin in app when setting it up.
i received my card but called again about the PIN and was told should receive it in 5 days.
Once you have those re-install the app use same passcode as before and set up with card number and PIN0 -

"i received my card but called again about the PIN and was told should receive it in 5 days."That's exactly what I was told and I certainly don't recall selecting any show in app option when applying. The enclosure to which the card was attached also stated that the p.i.n. was to follow. I read that as not access p.i.n. in the app.. The text would surely have stated that.0

I had exactly this exasperating problem. I rang up and actually got a very helpful chap who guided me through a (not intuitive) solution. On the website, login using membership number and last name, then on next screen even though you do know your 5 digit passcode, select the 'Don't know your passcode?' link. After that, it involved getting text messages etc and a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, but then I was in! Once you are in there is a link to view your PIN so the app is then available to set up.
