Has anyone managed to find a resolution for this 00002 error day after signing up?

You dont get a pin in post (signed up weeks ago), you dont do a memorable word in the sign up (or mine does not work when signing in on desktop)

Reinstall app does not work as you need either pin or card reader (also need a pin for this) I believe the pin is stored in app, CS are clueless on this situation even though it rampant. Any recommendations?

    Thanks

    Just a quick question if I may…
The money that was in the account I was switching from ( First Direct ) has transferred to my new Barclays account today. The amount is well over the £800 which needs to be transferred into the Barclays account as part of the switch deal. My question is will I need to transfer an additional £800 into the Barclays account or will this suffice?

Also, it would appear that I can still log in to my First Direct account ( via their app ) where the account still shows as live albeit with a zero balance. I was under the impression that the switching ( donor ) bank account is automatically closed down as part of using the switching service!…so is this correct?

    Cheers,

    Andy 😵‍💫

I would say if the £800 were part of a transfer in that's fine.  Not seen anything that would exclude that.
Some old accounts take time to close. When I transfers from Nationwide couldn't log in afternoon of transfer, with the TSB I could still log in a day after.

Many thanks for such a prompt reply. I was hoping the monies that transferred from my First Direct account balance would be sufficient to not require additional deposits to qualify. However, to be honest, and as my wife just said…Why not transfer in £800 anyway, just to be on the safe side? And I think I might just take her advice rather than possibly jeopardise the switching bonus!

I will check again tomorrow to see if I can still log in to First Direct in case it updates overnight.

    Thanks again

    Andy 🙏

So I applied on Friday, joined blue rewards, initiated bank switch that went through OK and paid in the £800.

I've had a few emails to say my account is ready and thanks for going paperless but nothing on the switch.

Should I have had an email or text by now or am I being too impatient ?

Give them some time! I think it took 3 working days for my switch email!

You should get an email from Stripe saying it's setup and another a few days later telling you when they are going to take the 30p

I got the Stripe email today, is there no way to view them on the Chase app?
