I have noticed on American cars there is an arrow on the fuel gauge showing which side the fuel filler is,I have not seen this on any UK car.

    REALLY?!

    omg. How useful.

I never noticed before - I will look when we pick up our car on 20th October!

You really don't have the hang of this do you. As stated before I am more English than most people, believe me on that. And unlike your earlier attempts at sarcastic humour where you threw personal insults at specific people, my posts have been accompanied by smilies and double entendres. Now can we move on.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

    okay last friendly reminder .

    this thread is for
    • money saving tips on a trip to Vegas
    • General discussion on Las Vegas and surrounding areas
    • friendly social discussion related to Las Vegas
friendly banter is of course fine In Moderation , but this is not the place to have a argument , put down your fellow MSE members or be hostile to other peoples opinions regarding Las Vegas ect.

Fatwallet does even allow any posts on it's thread , only deal posts . if people use this thread as a soap box for anything and everything , the thread loses it's purpose .

briefly straying from the subject is fine for a occasional post or discussion , but the thread needs to be a high concentration of Vegas subjects , with a few side tracks thrown in , not the other way around.

hope everyone is in agreement ;)
Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:

for those interested in trying Origin India, had an email that in response to the credit crunch they're doing set menus ($15pp or $19.95pp)

It's not the easiest to read, but you get the idea.

And there's also a 15% off coupon here (good to September 2009):

Though says you cannot combine with any other offers - not sure if the set menus would be considered an 'offer' but would guess that restaurant.com vouchers would.

No but if you look at your dashboard panel ....next to the fuel gauge is a little petrol pump logo...if you look at that logo...the fuel pipe will be on the left if your petrol cap is on the left of your car and on the right if that's the side your cap is on

On this topic, has anyone ever had a decent Indian meal in Vegas, or anywhere else other than the U.K. for that matter. We have tried 2 different
places in Vegas and both were dire. Did here once that there was a place open by an Indian guy from the U.K. but can't remember what it was called.
