AprilThis site seems like a bargain. Just got a quote for a 2 door Pontiac G6, for £158 - 9 days, includes tank of fuel, and includes "Collision Damage Waiver and Theft protection for the vehicle with Zero excess therefore client should not purchase any additional insurance at time of pick up. Unlimited mileage and fire insurance. Liability Insurance for injuries or damages to persons or things outside the vehicle"
and you can get 8.5% Quidco money too boot
I have just hired 2 cars with them in Ireland . cashback tracked pretty quickBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -

The buffet is good value, the Oyster Bar is excellent, Terrible Mike's is good for burgers and sandwiches. They also have a TGI Friday's and a coffee shop. Neither of which I've tried. Good poker room, reasonable gambling, several bars. What's not to like. We are booked in there for more than half of our November trip.
I''l try to look out some room photos for you .
Hope that helps. (BTW we are paying $25 per night for our weeknights in Nobember. Very good value IMHO.)
another vote for the Orleans.
The Courtyard Cafe is nice, TGIs is good there's also a Subway, Seattle Coffee and very good Steak Loft.
The shuttle runs from 10ish til midnight every 20 mins and is very reliableI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
November/DecemberThanks duchy, I wasn't certain about the shuttle times.0

MarchMuch better idea....... http://www.scenic.com/saws1gc_deluxe_overnight.htm
South Rim tour, plus overnight hotel $300. Kills two birds with one stone.
I think that's a great idea - though renting a car and booking a hotel would be a lot cheaper for those willing to drive themselves (or for those not too keen on flying on the small planes).Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
January/FebruaryJust spotted the cheapest room in Vegas for a long time $29 at Hooters casino by no means a wonder hotel but not a bad location.
I was looking for a good price 6-12 November but everywhere is at New years eve prices, whats on?0 -
SeptemberNot a great deal. We're there from the 11th, so I know some of the things we just miss. The World Series of Poker is on 8th/9th or 9th/10th but that shouldn't cause too much of a problem at only the final table still to play. A few big concerts on, Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Elton John. Veterans Day is a public holiday on the 11th. Can't think of much else. I've booked room at average $95 for ti for 2 nights, $150 for suite at MGM (3 nights and over the weekend), and $60 at Ballys for 5 nights.
What prices have you got and where are you looking at staying?Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -

Just back from a lads holiday in vegas, 5 boys there for 6 nights - we had a really good time and we are planning a re-visit in 09. One problem we encountered was queueing up to get into nightclubs (as none of us have had breast implants). One night was completely ruined by standing in line for 2 hours before we lost the will to live and went home (it was the labour day holiday - equivalent to our bank holiday i think). Does anybody have any experience of how to get on vip lists/jump the line when going clubbing?
Any help muchos appreciated0 -

I agree that's the thing that's pushing rates up - it's the reason we're going mid-October this year rather than our normal dates which would overlap this.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
