MaySome great prices coming out of Northwest Airlines at the moment for June. Outbound from LHR via Dallas outbound, and Minneapolis return most days of June £306 return with a 2-3 hour overlay both ways:T :TThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

Mayup near Rivera and just over the road from Circus Circus.
it also has the Fireside Lounge attached which is nice place to chill out with a drink
P.S. that reminds me, we dropped $20 each in the bartop v/p at the Wynn, playing max credits ($1.25) and they wouldn't comp the drinks. Needless to say, pulled money out and left no tipThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. JulyIm not certain if this has been noted before - I had it in my review but it was buried in the middle and it is really VERY important = if you want to eat at The Top Of The World resturant it is best to book about 4 - 6 weeks before you want to go - you need to phone them (doesnt take long) as otherwise there is a good chance you will be disapointed - not vastly expensive and as you see from Pink Fizz pictures has stunning views
- I would recommend getting there whilst still light and going on the viewing deck
- having a few drinks in the bar
- having dinner as the sun goes down
- then going up to the observation just as darkness fails with the spookily warm breeze.
Loved it so much we are going back again in August woooooo
Thanks for your advice Steve - just booked our booth last night for our first night in Vegas - excellent.
Tip for everyone - they have a bar above the restaurant called "Romance" - if you have a reservation at the restaurant you can go there before or after your meal FOC and enjoy the views.
I hope the sun sets around 7pm - 8pm there in July - I cant remember from last year!!!

Really?!
I love the film Casino - watched it just recently, but the scene at Peppermills cant have jumped out at me.
We went to Peppermills during our last trip and I loved it there - we were in the booths though - with the colourful trees and plants etc - never actually saw the Fireside Lounge bit - though it was early maybe.
Absolutely great place - would recommend it to anyone - make sure you are hungry and dont have any plans for immediately afterwards as you cant move if you try and finish your dish - whatever it is !!!!!!
It made me laugh - each time the waitress delivered another dish to someone else - everyone looked and caught each other's eyes as if to say - "yeah right - Im really gonna be able to finish that!". Great atmosphere. Not the best location though - we waited AGES for a taxi which didnt turn up so we wondered over the one of the nearby casinos (wasnt the best but cant remember which it was) I just remember thinking that I wouldnt want to be there at night!
