Wont be long before we're talking about imploding Mirage and TI to make way for a modern mega-resort.

i doubt those 2 will go any time soon , while The Trashy Castle is still standing. Ballys is a old man too but it never gets mentioned for demolition .

Oddly enough I really like TI and The Mirage, especially Carnegies Deli...I hope they don't go, but I can't pin it down why I like them so much???

i like the mirage cos it has 'Californian Pizza Kitchen' --- Mmmmmmmmmm :D

TI isn't in that bad a state either - we stayed at a petite suite and it was fantastic for the price we managed to get

re: Blue Man Group - best thing is to just ring them I would suggest :) I use '1899' which costs 3p per min (*i think*), but think Trets mentions another one in the first few posts

remember to preceed the box office number with "001" (international dialing code for America)

We bought our on the day we went to see the show, in the lobby of The Venetian, there were plenty of seats left. We bought the most expensive tickets, which i wouldn't recommend. It's a small theatre, so you don't need to be sitting near the front. Also, they come wandering around off the stage and they freaked me out a bit because i thought they were going to make me go on stage with them.... :rotfl:

We are flying Contenental from Belfast - New York, New York - San Fran, then Vegas - New York, New York - Belfast and i am having the air miles credited to my Virgin account instead of Contenental (because we never use them!). Will i still get the full allocation of miles because it's a partner instead of a Virgin flight? Or just a percentage?

Yes, you get full millage because this route is a code share
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.
