Morning all xx
I wasn't going to get weighed this morning having had a three course meal at an Italian restaurant on Saturday night - first meeting with DS's future in-laws.
But I bit the bullet. And I'm happy (and amazed) to report that I STS. All I can think is that I must have been heading for a good loss this week and so it levelled out. Phew!
Have a good week.

Good morning. A STS please. Slightly gutted as I'd checked yesterday and was 1.5lb down but I had a huge dinner and DH had already brought me 2 cups of tea in bed this morning before I realised it was weigh day so will hopefully be a nice surprise next week.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

2 Off at long last, carb cut back has certainly helped and will aim to carry on, if anything it has helped the pain in all my joints.
Have a good week everyone.

Happily I can report a 1.5 lb loss.
That gives me a BMI of 21.6.

Morning, a weigh in for me today. According to my SW app I've managed to lose 7.5lbs somehow Brambling 😁 Although I think not being well may have something to do with it and food tasting pretty awful at the moment.

STS for me this week. Really hoped for minus 1 or at least minus 1/2. In practice I put 1lb on and then lost it again! A few weeks ago I did briefly get down to 11 st 11 lb but can't get back there.5
