I find it hilarious that they omit any info about the breakdown of their adjudications and where they fall whether in favour of the operator or motorist. I guess because it would look a bit silly if they always found the magical 95-96% of adjudications in favour of the operators.4

During my last search for updates on the CoP I came across this event on Sept 25th 2025
Reforming Local Parking Policy:Designing a CoP for private operators and assessing the role that parking policy should play in shaping urban mobility.Event organisers are the UK leading think tank Public Policy Exchange. They clearly think further learning is needed on designing a PP CoP.3 -
