Are the accounts of Will Hurley Ltd overdue?
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10776980/filing-history
I can only see accounts up until Oct 2023, showing then that "on 30 January 2018 the company acquired 100% of the issued share capital of United Trade and Industry Limited."
I was looking to see what had happened since. Is the next set of accounts overdue?

Thanks.
Another question: is the only IAS Annual Report that is able to be found now, only the 2023 one that's linked in the IAS website?
Try googling for the old ones please. Are you all getting error codes from links that used to work?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yep, error codes. My AI site does identify some other reports but the links are dead. I don't know how the IAS site used to look but today it is designed to offer just the latest available copy - if you know where to look. If IAS don't answer for the missing archive copies, the Lead Adjudicator writes them and may know where there are copies, or the report recipents will have copies. House of Commons Library or similar "big" library with a Trading Standards interest?

They were useful to directly quote Bryn Holloway in what operators should be doing and that they should be addressing all submissions and counter submissions from an appellant. Of course we know that IPC operators don't really care.3 -
