    Evening all

l hope your all enjoying the sunshine.

I'm not sure why, given it was the hottest days of the year but l decided to press on with my long list of jobs in the house, Monday and Tuesday were spent cleaning and sorting the house, all the beds have been stripped pulled out and vacuumed. Skirting boards, light fittings and blinds cleaned, clothes and belongings organised or thrown away, even the tops of the wardrobes were cleared and cleaned😇 . Today l took the proceeds to the tip, with a bulging black bag ready for charity and even more items to add on Vinted.

The kids had friends to play today which took up most of the day, they enjoyed themselves which was the main thing. I am now physically and mentally shattered so have officially shut the "mom shop" until Friday. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, but it will not include, cleaning up after people and cooking dinner.

Not much to report money wise it looks like l wont need to pay back the £150 l overpaid in error at the beginning of the month, not sure how but we've spent less than normal on food so just £20 pound will be needed to balance the books.

I also received a £15 credit onto the credit card from our home insurance company id forgotten about a welcome bonus, this has been used on petrol for the coming month.

I've spent quite a lot on the kids for new school shoes and clothes on Vinted this month but entertaining them hasn't been too bad just £30 today for a treat pizza, snacks and ice cream l over ordered so plenty for tomorrow.

Still need to sort out my tax return, switch ISA's because the interest rate has dropped and find new energy contract our finishes next month. But it can all wait until another day.
