Afternoon all,

Afternoon all,
After a lovely final weekend off it was back to work yesterday for me and the kids.
I sold another item for £7 on Vinted, but have spent ALOT more than that recently on the site. All needs, not wants and will, in the long run save money.
I've decided to add the £80 made on Vinted last month to our holiday pot so that sits at a healthy £549.57 we have a £96 balance to pay for camping but the rest can be used over the summer holidays for days out and treats.
I enquired about energy contracts it made for grim reading tbh. The short version is that we will be paying +£15 a month from July. On the plus side we paid our final settee payment of £30 yesterday. This means the increase in the water rates, c/tax and now the energy bills will be offset by not paying the settee company.
In other news, after the normal money shuffle l made an overpayment of £2320.
New balance £7675 😁it feels so close and yet so far. I find myself wishing the next 3 months away 😂

Evening all,
Thank you @helenapinky it's heading in the right direction.
September is the new "end date" as long as the tenants stay, although that is looking less certain. The estate agent has mentioned they are not happy with the neighbours, so frustrating, when its something you cant control😒. But has again made me grateful for making hay while the sunshines. If we lose the tenants we have a contingency fund to cover the bills etc while looking for replacements but the thought of finding new tenants does fill me with dread 🙈.
In other news l added the latest £7 from Vinted to the kids account. It has taken a serious hit this month so any subsequent sales will be sent there for the foreseeable.
I have lots on my " to do " list but the main job l want to do this week is open a new Isa im losing out on over £100 since the introductory rate dropped.
Other than that its business as usual, l have leftovers ready for lunch tomorrow so should be no personal spends. But l will need to get petrol a full tank normally lasts 4 weeks but extra and further journeys mean it's ran out after less than 3 weeks 😬.
