true - I just assumed that would be gathered from the account name, though I should probably have mentioned the withdrawal limits.

It's also worth noting that their FP withdrawal limit is 75K so anyone with more than 75K would need to pay a chaps fee or pay the penalty for a second withdrawal. The minimum balance too is 5K so for me it means a 75K max deposit and closure as soon as uncompetitive so not one for me.

I was reading the terms for this and can't see any option to make a second withdrawal on payment of a penalty. It simply states only one withdrawal is allowed. So CHAPS would be the only way.
