@JamesRobinson48 - if I try to apply for either issue, I get an error…

possibly about to get relaunched, or perhaps it's a website update error?

I think just a premature application. It seems to be available now.

Lemfi
Can't withdraw, comes up with error message. I message them this morning, got the ticket number, but nobody got back to me. Checked the app again now - still no luck, can't withdraw. Anyone else had the same problem?

I had the opposite problem - couldn't deposit. Money I sent to the account was refunded. No explanation. No communication at all.

I don't have that problem, but Lemfi did email this morning to say their app has a new look. Maybe related to the problems.

The blurb about the new look app says “The same app, the same team and the same service you rely on.” Sounds more like a threat than a promise.

No, they changed the app view a while ago. I was able to deposit and withdraw after they changed it. I called Lemfi this morning, they sent me email saying "To get this sorted, we have escalated your case to our Technical team for a thorough investigation. We will provide you with an update via email within 24 to 48 business hours."

"business hours"? I haven't seen that before. Presumably it means 3 - 6 days instead of the 1 or 2 days you might think.

Could be a rather unclear way of saying 1-2 business days.

Frankly, that expression "24 to 48 business hours" would be enough to scare me off LemFi completely. It's not a UK idiom at all, and sounds like wording that an overseas scammer might use.
