Definitely not UK based. The prerecorded messages are with North American accent and representative who answered my call spoke with strong foreign accent. Their main business seems to be sending money abroad. This doesn't put me off, but because of this glitch and customer services are unable to sort out the issue I will reduce my balance to zero as soon as the issue is resolved (I hope it will be resolved, fingers crossed).

Lemfi was discussed in a thread earlier this year, the concerns then seem to be current - difficult CS interaction, low daily/weekly/monthly transfer limits and account freezes.
