On the subject of Cynergy, it would seem their 7pm cut-off time for same-day deposits is actually 6pm. I sent three payments, one just before 6pm the other two just after. The first payment appeared pretty quickly. The subsequent two have not (now past 7pm). So tomorrow now before I can close and transfer my issue 94 into an issue 97.

Cynergy not doing what they say. Who'd have thunk it!!

Wild guess: are they operating on Cyprus time (1 hour ahead of UK, GMT right now)? Cynergy used to be called Bank of Cyprus. May be their systems are running in Cyprus?

😂 Perhaps they are, but Cyprus time is 2 hours ahead of UK time. I'm in Cyprus at the moment, so I know. It's 22:44 here just now, and should be 20:44 in UK.

They were Bank of Cyprus UK, a different entity to Bank of Cyprus who still operate as such.
