I have a Ford Money Flexible Saver account, however, I have not received any email about an increase in the rate, despite the website clearly agreeing with you @Bridlington1
I received the Ford rate increase email on 26 July, effective that same day

My £1 has been enjoying 4.75% (up from 4.6%) since 26/7 so notification, even with small balance, was around a month ago.
My email on 26 July didn't say that

that's the monthly gross rate - if you convert it to AER, then it's 4.75%... I received the same email.

Principality have published their list of rate changes to NLA accounts (dated today - 22nd August)

    https://www.principality.co.uk/en/savings-accounts/interest-rates-for-accounts-closed

though it looks like some of the starting dates for changes are wrong (2023) and some accounts are going up not down.

NB: @Wheres_My_Cashback mentioned that it's last year's document with just the date on the front page changed... the wait continues!

btw - for those not reading the RS thread, @Bridlington1 has confirmed from PBS that all variable rates are dropping by 0.25%, so this PDF should just be a confirmation of that.

My new issue of the Santander Edge Saver is showing 5.84% AER on my Santander app. I believe it should be 6% AER.

What do others show please? Am I having a senior moment here?

Apologies if this has been raised already - I searched and couldn’t find any other posts/comments on it.

    Edit:

I believe 5.84% is the gross interest rate. The app clearly states that the interest rate shown is the AER though (see screenshot below).

I imagine, and hope, that this is simply a display/communication issue on Santander’s part.

I remain interested in hearing what others here think though. Thank you.

It's a known issue that they display the gross rate and label AER in some places.

It's not helped by the new look app, the new app displays different rate to old one for accounts😌
