Thanks. I have gone into my smart savings hub then ‘Primary access’ pot but can’t see any option to opt in. Shows rate as 3.25%. The primary access pot is I believe the smart saver?janusd said:
I think if you click on Smart Saver and scroll down, there is a box about the 4.75% on the left side, press that and you can enable the boost on the existing access pots.tg99 said:I have a Zopa current account + easy access saver + regular saver but can’t see in app anywhere in the smart savings hub the option to opt in to the bonus. Is the Zopa current account the same as the biscuit current account, I’d previously never heard of the biscuit account?
I did read the terms & conditions, but never thought to check whether the £500 to the current account has to be new money, or whether it can be moved there from an access pot and then moved back.. of course, having approved the boost, I can no longer see the t&c (or at least not obviously).0 -
I have Zopa Biscuit, same as tg99 I have no 4.75% option yet, I put 500 in my Biscuit (urgh sounds ridiculous) to see if it triggers it, it didn't1

I think you've gone one step too far.. from the opening page of the app, choose Smart Savings Hub - it's on that page that you should see the 4.75% box towards the bottom... don't go into any pots, it should be on the main Smart Savings Hub page itself.tg99 said:

possibly might be able to access it via the "Growth hub" too on the opening page.1 -
Zopa - I had the same problem, couldn't see the opt in option for the 4.75%. You may need to update the app - I did, then the option was apparent on either the home screen or the smart savings hub - can't remember which5

Thanks, had looked there too but turns out needed to update app.janusd said:

Thanks, updating app now means can see the offer and have successfully opted in.Scarecrow25 said:Zopa - I had the same problem, couldn't see the opt in option for the 4.75%. Updating the app worked for me0 -
That's what I was thinking - use it as a holding pot for other regular savers.flaneurs_lobster said:
Easy enough if you already have the 7.1% RS, just move £500 into the CA, move £300 to the RS then move £200 to wherever you like (maybe even the 4.75% Pot).janusd said:
many thanks for that - it seems it has to be new money (internal transfers don't count), so good to know for future reference.flaneurs_lobster said:
...often a problem with Zopa, their T&Cs for particular offers/boosts are far from easy to find.janusd said:

Good move from Zopa, I have the Chase 4.75% account but this one will give the chance to split the money I'm using to fund the regular savers so as not to keep everything in one nest.clairec666 said:
