What a palaver!allegro120 said:
There is 'go to' drop down menu next to each account. Select 'set up a new payment', fill out the details, you'll receive a code as a text message, confirm and proceed with the payment.Bob2000 said:I know this is a daft question but.....
Just spent 20 minutes upgrading my cahoot simple saver to a sunny day saver, then opening another simple and converted into a sunny straightaway. Total now three sunny day savers.
But l can't seem to find a way to create a payee for when l want to transfer my funds out.
I've only ever used the same account to fund cahoot but haven't needed to withdraw yet.
One account is maxed out the other Just under.
I finally managed to get a payee set up for my external account.
Took a few attempts, maybe because l tried doing it all from the phone?
Never tried so hard to move £1.77 before.
Fair play, the cash was already there before l opened the app.
Thank you for answering my daft question.0 -
i know ulster bank is offering the top wack for some of us who already bank with chase, but i've tried to make an account and found the whole process very very time consuming. Even depositing money was not great as it still showing 1% and the money doesnt go in right away. Then if i want to withdraw i need biometrics. There's about a dozen passwords i had to remember plus that weird customer id with date of birth thrown in....If anyone has a better suggestion of app only savers that would be good. Sadly most of them have dropped rates recently.0

I have this account. App is fine, easy to use with biometrics or passcode in app or use anytime banking online. Exactly the same as NatWest as Ulster are a trading name of NatWest. Withdrawals and deposits are instant. Not sure why you have these issues1

Passwords / Customer Ids / Passcodes / PINs / Mother's (made up) maiden name are not for remembering.jungleboy123 said:

They are for putting into a Password Manager and forgetting.3 -

That's an interesting/odd hybrid, someone will be along soon to complain that this is clearly a Regular Saver product and needs to be discussed at The Other Place.mon3ysav3r said:the_seer said:Zopa 4.75% AER.

Personally if I had (another) £500 a month to save it would be going into a "proper" RS earning more than 4.75%.0 -
It applies if your current account is called Biscuit or just Zopa bank account. Basically as long as you keep paying in at least £500 into the current account each month then the rate on the savings account is boosted to 4.75% variable. Old and new customers, I have an old Zopa current account for the DD cashback and just qualified for the boosted rate. Allows you first month anyway - then tells you you need to deposit min £500 monthly (account month not calendar month).
You can take money out of the current ac or the savings account without impact on the bonus rate.1 -
So can you just pay £500 in and out of the current every month and just pay 80k into the access pot with the bonus and leave it there?16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. I have a Zopa current account + easy access saver + regular saver but can’t see in app anywhere in the smart savings hub the option to opt in to the bonus. Is the Zopa current account the same as the biscuit current account, I’d previously never heard of the biscuit account?0
