absolutely not - Cahoot put the upgrade option in place for their customers to upgrade their lower interest rate paying accounts into higher rate paying account... i've upgraded earlier issues SDS, simple savers and fixed-rate bonds to SDS - so far I have seven.jaypers said:Cahoot…..I already have 2 joint and 1 sole Sunny Day Savers. Don't worry about Michael, just click on upgrade button, select Sunny Day Saver and you will see what accounts (if any) you are allowed upgrade. Last time I did it, the system allowed me to upgrade issue 10, but not 11 and 13. All my previous upgrades went well, it was the first time I wasn't able to do it.jaypers said:Cahoot…..I already have 2 joint and 1 sole Sunny Day Savers. I know this is a daft question but.....
Just spent 20 minutes upgrading my cahoot simple saver to a sunny day saver, then opening another simple and converted into a sunny straightaway. Total now three sunny day savers.
But l can't seem to find a way to create a payee for when l want to transfer my funds out.
I've only ever used the same account to fund cahoot but haven't needed to withdraw yet.
One account is maxed out the other Just under.0 -
There is 'go to' drop down menu next to each account. Select 'set up a new payment', fill out the details, you'll receive a code as a text message, confirm and proceed with the payment.Bob2000 said:I know this is a daft question but.....

I finally managed to get a payee set up for my external account.
Took a few attempts, maybe because l tried doing it all from the phone?
Never tried so hard to move £1.77 before.
Fair play, the cash was already there before l opened the app.
Thank you for answering my daft question.0 -
i know ulster bank is offering the top wack for some of us who already bank with chase, but i've tried to make an account and found the whole process very very time consuming. Even depositing money was not great as it still showing 1% and the money doesnt go in right away. Then if i want to withdraw i need biometrics. There's about a dozen passwords i had to remember plus that weird customer id with date of birth thrown in....If anyone has a better suggestion of app only savers that would be good. Sadly most of them have dropped rates recently.0

I have this account. App is fine, easy to use with biometrics or passcode in app or use anytime banking online. Exactly the same as NatWest as Ulster are a trading name of NatWest. Withdrawals and deposits are instant. Not sure why you have these issues1

Passwords / Customer Ids / Passcodes / PINs / Mother's (made up) maiden name are not for remembering.jungleboy123 said:

They are for putting into a Password Manager and forgetting.3 -
