I'm finding Charter Savings to be a bad experience, withdrawals showing as processed at their end but nothing received on my end, nobody answering the phone.  Definitely not continuing with them going forward.  Sadly I have quite a lot on deposit with them

I'm also curious as to why they added three zeros to the start of my linked accounts account number.  I did enter the correct details and have verified it and deposited from it plus tested a withdrawal to it so it definitely works.  But why does their system add three zeros to the front of it?  It's a bit off putting, thats not my account number.

Was going to just enquire  about the same thing when l noticed your post.

I've got the three zeros on my nominated  account to with Gatehouse still to verify it, though.

Just a reminder the Ulster Loyalty Saver slips from 4.5% to 4.25% for balances of £5k+ tomorrow, thus it once again leaves the top 10(ish) easy access accounts.

@soulsaver have you ever considered adding a marker to your thread which shows app only accounts. I'm reluctant to use them so avoid but quite a few of the better rates are app only now.

Don't think that's true, think all apps will work on a tablet but might need a phone as well (but that's true of some online account access too).

No. A number of apps only work on a phone. Monument is one and Saffron Building Society is another and there are more

I stand corrected, Saffron app will indeed only run on a phone. I'm sure you are right and there will be others.

Monument however is happily running on my Samsung tablet.
