I've been gradually weaning myself off sweetening stuff. Now I just have a little squeeze of honey in, and that's not all the time.

You always weight more late at night. A significant fraction of a stone for me.

I think gravity is weakened by daylight...

Right - diet starts tomorrow.

Have eaten hangover killing junk all day (fry up, hula hoops, all choccies in flat, hm chips for dinner) so there is nothing bad left and the rest of the year will be a doddle - I hope!

Exercise regime from tomorrow will involve walking and more walking and maybe I might start running again. Possibly.

I've been quite good but just off to make spag with meatballs for dinner - DS's fave but not too slimming. also I need a dash of wine for the sauce but none open so will need to open a new bottle...

Ironically, saccharine was banned for a while for being carcinogenic, but that may have turned out to be a false alarm.

Splenda also has quite a few question marks against it, but since it's still quite a new product, the information you can get on it is quite limited.

I dont know why I bother to be honest, I drink tea without sugar at school because I have no sweeteners there

That's it, from today, I'm giving up sweeteners in my tea :T

This will sound poncey but I love Twinings Decaffeinated Earl Grey tea, it just tastes so lovely that you don't need anything in it at all. You feel quite sophisticated drinking it too, except if, like me, you drink it out of a Bagpuss mug!
