    I just signed for that tesco food tracker and I've not even had dinner yet and it's already said I've have 165% of the RDA of sugar todaY ALREADY.. thats without the 2 sugars I have in my tea!!! :eek:

    We havent had sugar in the house since August when we started our diet. We use canderel for drinks, and neither of us can tell the difference ;)
