I am waiting and waiting for my exercise DVDs, it's been ages, and my only distraction is a house FULL OF CAKE  . The diet bit will be starting next Monday, when I am back at work, but would be nice to get a head start on the exercise bit....and just seen some photos of me looking skinny and gorgeous a couple of years ago, and think I should move my target to 8 stone, so 2 stone to lose, as I'm really short. And have a great pair of trousers I want to wear again, which won't go over my hips if I am more than 8 stone :rotfl: and it's been a while!

God, No I wouldn't post them, but they might be good to have to look at when tempted.

says the woman who has just eaten two after eight mints for no other reason then the box was there. this is going to be hard! I just eat chocolate all the time.

Helps you track what you have eaten etc, am sure will work with any food but looks like Tesco food is already listed :D

I am considering joining Tesco Diets but haven't made my mind up yet, i can get my money back via clubcard deals as you get 1000 points for joining but not sure about whether i defo want to do it yet.

I used Tesco eDiets to lose my 3st. Its great if you have will power, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're likely to eat "extras". I found so long as I only ate what was on my menu I lost whereas if I "it wont hurt" even just once in a week I didn't lose at all. I'm about to resub to it as my mother has kindly offered to pay for it as a birthday present :D

That's going to be my reminder - I may even have it as my wallpaper on my puter :o

Oh I definitely will not be posting my pics, although come summer time (which is my goal) I will be posting the fantastic pics of the svelte new me!

I have printed out a pic of me from behind in the oh so flattering bikini (I never knew I had such a muffin top over the back!) and have drawn little arrows toward the flabby bits each labled things like 'gin and tonic', 'crisps', 'extra roast tatties.' Its enough to put anyone of their dinner!

    Lol, LOVE it! :rotfl:

Well, I have got off to a reasonable start on my New Year diet, I had rice for lunch (had some left from last night's dinner, it was a bit boring on it's own but filling). I am having salmon pasta for dinner tonight, which wont be very healthy as it has cream in it, although it's Elmlea...lol....and I wont use much. But all the ingredients need using up and I can't afford to just throw them out! ;)

We've still got loads of food to use up, I can't throw it away :o

I promise I wont buy any more naughty food, and I will start the diet as soon as it's all gone
