I'm not sure I'll get much exercise in today, unless you want to count walking up the stairs at work rather than taking the lift.....

But I'm not drinking tonight to that will save some calories!

Right then I would like to join in also, I am a great big smelly lump with thighs which would put a russain shot putter to shame and I want to be a babe bride next Christmas. I am weighing in at 11stone 13lbs which is my heaviest ever!

    Waist 35
    Belly 41
    Hips/Bum 41

I got my OH to take so oh so romantic photos of me in a cossie, the back view is especially revolting and will not be posted for fear of frightening young children/dislodging your breakfast. Might print it out and keep it in my bag for the moments when I fancy a bar of choccie! Motivation indeed.

    Good luck everyone!
