This will sound poncey but I love Twinings Decaffeinated Earl Grey tea,
Decaff Mrs S? Thought you were a hard northerner...it just tastes so lovely that you don't need anything in it at all. You feel quite sophisticated drinking it too, except if, like me, you drink it out of a Bagpuss mug!

Well my diet starts tomorrow. The partying is over and I am feeling very flabby now. I still weigh 11st, but my stomach is bloated and wobbly. I think I will get hubby to make me do sit-ups when he works out.Olympic Countdown Challenge #145 ~ DFW Nerd #389 ~ Debt Free Date: [STRIKE]December 2015[/STRIKE] September 2015

My jeans barely do up and I seem to still only be eating rubbish - today my eating has gone something like this:
Breakfast/Lunch: Scrambled eggs and baconon white bread toast with two cups of sugary coffee
Snacks: Half a mint chocolate orange, several chocolate fingers, leftover cotage pie from the other night
Dinner: big heap of mini chicken kievs, red pepper humous, two pitta breads, picked onions
The healthiest thing I have had is the pickled onions!!!!!

Just weighed in at 11st 8lb.... I wanna be back to me pre-baby weight of 10 1/2st, so I've git 15lbs to loose..... I'd also like a flatter tummy and to loose my saddle bags, so will have to start excercise too.... I will walk to work, walk the dog EVERY day (he needs the excercise too!), eat more healthily and start doing sit ups. Anyone know how many is a good place to start at? I was thinking 2 or 3 reps of 10 as a starter.......
