Anyone know how many is a good place to start at? I was thinking 2 or 3 reps of 10 as a starter.......

    Sarah x

Advice I got from the trainer at the gym was that for abs you should work them till exhaustion - so depends how quickly that is! so folk it's less than ten and others can do loads. sorry, that's probably no help at all!

Z - I don't think they were politicians just raising awareness of their cause. you're no Tony Blair!

I had my spag, meatballs which was lovely but then decided to share a choc santa with DS while we watched Shrek 3 so now feeling thoroughly sick and never eating chocolate again.

Well that'll happen if I think too much about it...or is physical pain doing too much?
