True. I made that decision when I was of unsound mind ;)

The next decision is this. I have half a bottle of Baileys left. Do I drink it now, or have the occasional ickle treat every now and again
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

as an alternative to the sit ups - http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abexercises_10.htm this works really well (as far as I can remember) and won't cause as much strain on neck/back injuries.

Depends on your willpower Spud but speaking for myself I'd be safer drinking it all now!

Nah, have it now. You can still write it off as festive and won't be tempted by it to break the diet that you are starting tomorrow.... (or tomorrow's tomorrow or...);)

    You don't need a machine - there's a special technique.

Yup, that could help, though I wonder if Stage One, the bit that would best be described as "hopping like a frog" might break my scales?

On seconds thoughts, that's a fab excuse not to weigh myself! :rotfl:

    Oh dear!!

Have you tried contacting the people that sent it?

I've been very good sticking to my diet, hopefully when I go to class and weigh in on Thursday night it'll make a difference!

    Hope DVD arrives soon!

I'm just as bad, I want things now when I order them.... I have to get Davina out again.

But I went for a 2 1/2 hr walk yesterday and I have hurt my knee, so I will be taking it a bit easy I think.
