    I think the average walking speed is around 3mph Lucy, which would mean you did just over 7 miles :eek:
    Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:

    :eek: No wonder I hurt and I hadn't had breakfast and some of it was up hill!!!

    Still it got us out.... I wonder how many calories that was.

    According to the weight loss resource that burnt about 646 calories! Not bad for a couple of hours.
    Current debt - £16,300 :(
