I know.. I'm rubbish at this diet malarky..
I found a mini chocolate leftover behind the laptop and ate that.. I had full fat cheese on toast.. 2 onion ring crisps and a mince pie..
Think I'll just exercise more but eat the same... :rotfl:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I'm the same - if I even think the word 'diet' I panic and start eating.
I think thats why SW suits me - I dont think of it as a diet, more a way of life.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

imoral angel if it makes u feel better i started my healthy eating yesterday (again) and had a bit of bailieys cheesecake my aunt made (would be rude to refuse right?) and about 6 sweets from the roses tin.... so yeah not a great day lol.
So far today 2 pancakes, 4 slices of toast and a tin of spaghetti so not great but not bad as no sweets yet - but i know ill give into the roses again later lol0 -
