Id like to join in please. I dont really need to lose a lot of weight....maybe a few pounds but I really need to tone up and get fit. Ive never had such a jelly belly!:eek: I spotted a tums and bums class advertised in the local paper shop for Wednesday nights and I am going to begin next Wednesday. May have started tonight but Im telling myself it wont begin till next week :rotfl:
Really have got to do something. Planning on getting quite a bit of walking in this week.

Hi, I would really like to join this challenge as well. I've been a bit unhappy recently and have put on (quite a lot) of weight as a result, want to lose 5 stone this year.....
Currently wearing size 18 top and 20 bottom. Would like to get to 14 top and 16 bottom......
I'm thinking the finance will improve if I stop eating so it's got to be good all round.
