IA's Lose the belly, bum (and debt) challenge in 2008

Can I join the gang please? Weighed myself this morning and was 11st ....was 10st 8lb a week ago  Went onto the Tesco Tracker website & my BMI has gone up to 26 from 24.5
We've almost eaten the Christmas cake (gave 1/3 away to visiting brother) and there are only 3 h/m mince pies left, so have almost cleared the goodies.
Want to lose at least a stone, and need to tone my belly up - my baby is 20 in March(my excuse is that I didn't do my stomach exercises after his older brother 22 yrs ago). Would also like to lose a bit off my hips so I fit a size 12 properly again.
