    Well there were no jackets or beans or I ended up with creamy pasta. Nice but not particularly diet food. Will have to be good now!

    But no chocolate or crisps since the weekend.

    There wont be a jacket spud here either - just had a look and we've only got small potatos left.

    Might have to have mash n beans instead ;)

    Mash and beans is good! I like it with a little bit of cheese mashed into the potato. Yummy!

    IA - I know pasta is diet food and it had loads of veggies in. But it is the sauce and the lovely cheesy topping I'm worried about. Still it could have been giant yorkshire pudding and sausages!

    So far today, I've eaten;
    Muesli for breakfast with a bit of semi milk (edit: forgot about the banana) (350kcals)
    Some ham and cheese with crackers for lunch as we had run out of bread :( (roughly 400kcals all in)
    so not doing too badly today. Lets hope I can keep it that way with dinner. I'm thinking baked fish with a small amount of mash (DH loves mash, I err... dont) and maybe some peas or beans (!:eek: ). I'm not bothering with the exercise today as I've done it three days in a row, and frankly last night I was in soo much pain I thought I was going to die :D so today is my "rest" day :confused:
    I start the Tesco diet as from Saturday, but I'm doing calorie counting until then just to give myself a boost. I wont list my weight until the next saturday as then I'll have a full week of proper dieting under my belt.

    I use half fat stuff and Slimming world say I can have 42g of it or 28g of full fat.

    I love cheese I do :D

    I'm not keen on the half fat stuff - it doesnt seem to melt like proper cheese.

    28g it is then :D

    safesound - Sounds like your doing really well, if you don't like mash why don't you pull out some boiled pots before you mash them?

    I'm having a 'rest' day to, I walked for 2 1/2 hrs yesterday and my knee hurts!! I'm going to try and work out how many miles it was.
