Managed do get this done @Coupon-mad before the deadline. I'm moving house next week - what's the protocol for contacting DCB Legal or HMRC regarding the PC? I plan on having all mail redirected for 6 months.

I understand what you mean now. The "Email case progression at the CNBC" is an email address. Last thing. When you say 'for the attention of the DPO' is there a recommended way to word this email or can it be a simple 'I move ______ from _______. Please forward all future correspondence to this address'?

See NEWBIES thread Post 4 Debt Letters. Changed address? for recommended wording when emailing a Data Rectification Notice to DPO.
    Do give your:
    PCN number,
My New Address for service is XXXX,
    My Previous Address was XXXX

But with a court claim,  its the claim reference number that interests the parties, plus your name etc
