Yes it's a Letter of Claim giving you 30 days notice
Yes they are prolific at the moment
Yes email the LoC template response to info@ at dcb legal
Then wait for the inevitable court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL to arrive in the post2 -
@Gr1pr DCBlegal have a LOC response reply form on their website. I have used the template response and sent an email to the above address but do I need to do this form as well? Deadline is Saturday.0
-
Your choice, but if you emailed them, I wouldn't fill in the online form as well, it's not worth worrying about, because they are likely to issue a claim regardless2

Hi everyone, template reply arrived mid July and now I have received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunal Service addressed to DCB LEGAL LTD. Sods law this would arrive the same month as my wife is due to give birth to our first child and we are moving house. My letter is dated 26 August which gives me until Tuesday 23rd September to make my next move. They have sent a Claim Form, Response park, Admission & Defence and Counterclaim form. I've read the newbies page, but it's a little overwhelming to know where to start. Do I register on MCOL and create my defence through this?0
-
Not exactly
I assume that it's an MCOL claim on behalf of ECP via DCB Legal
Is it addressed to you or your wife or partner?
If the issue date is 26th August on the top right of the N1SDT court claim pack, then login to MCOL next week and complete the AOS online as explained in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
That will extend the deadline to 4pm on Monday 29th September , not what you said
Meanwhile, draft your defence in Word or similar, get it checked on here, before copying and pasting into MCOL in the defence box, as explained in the template defence thread in announcements, first 2 posts
And edit the thread title to something more suitable like

Yes. Relax.
They'll discontinue next year anyway, so it's just doing a bit of paperwork. No court hearings or anything to impact your birth or move.3 -
Thank you @Gr1pr I'm on MCOL right now following along with the money-claim-online-How-to-Acknowledge pdf and can't register a new claim because I can't find a password on my forms. I've looked all over the pages and there is nothing clear at all.0

You don't do it yet, too early , I said next week, September
Your N1SDT claim form has the claim reference top right and the password is lower down near the money claimed boxes
You are not registering a new claim, you are acknowledging receipt of the postal claim pack ( but do it next week, stop rushing )
