YL, well recognised for your LBM.  I hope that you can find your way through. Not the same exactly, but I have found it similar since DH retired. He is always at home and plans this, that and the other during the day. I put the kibosh on it when I come home from 11 hours out of the house at work. Something we need to work on. Plus all my other anxieties that are often unfounded but there nonetheless. Good luck x

I'm up, made my bed, dressed, fed the birds,  refilled the birdbath, put out the recycling,  completed Wordle,  failed at Connections,  supped two brews, eaten a yogurt, done a laundry shuffle, ordered my longer extension cable (required to reach the back garden to strim) and researched how to start a thread on mse. And failed to make sense of the answer. 

There is nothing pink on the left of my screen. No matter where I wander. Is it because I'm on my phone and not a laptop?

 Morning all

washing was out a 6:30 (first load) as the weather set to deteriorate over the day, but back in about 9 and back out now.  Bedding, so I would MUCH rather have it on the line.  It’s warm and breezy so, hopefully will dry enough.

DD has suggested we go swimming, but my breakfast need to settle, only just finished it. was reading/dozing in bed.  I really struggle to stay awake when reading in bed, even in the morning 🤣


Might persuade DD to accompany me to h0bbycr@ft, not far from the baths, as she gets discount and i want wool…

Finished sorting and tidying all the hotspots that would have been in new to us lodger's eyeline, shower room floor cleared and washed, and revacuunmed all the areas that needed it.  Have also cleared a food cupboard for him/her - should have asked but Chris can be either and it doesn't matter either way.  WMx1 because at some point yesterday Wren forgot her 'I need to go outdoors' manners again.

Collection of Kilner-type jars has been edited now they've been sorted after being in the attic for a couple of years, and I'll either F'book Marketplace them or they'll go to the CS with another box of gibble that's been gathering dust on the settle in the dining room. 

Lasagne made for tonight's supper, and a tub of marscapone has been slackened with milk and a couple of teaspoons of sugar to dip strawberries in for dessert.  That'll do nicely.
