Hope you are feeling a bit better now. It must be unsettling until you get used to it. At least the no fee selling on the bay should give you a few more pennies on your sales."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney3

Morning all, sorry for not updating the past 10 days, between work, life and having a few days away I don't seem to have had chance.
So our 4 day mini break was lovely, we were really good money wise as we took food with us and only spent £21 on groceries when we got there, when we arrived at the cottage they had left us a basket of goodies, bread, milk, biscuit, jam and butter from the local farm shop which was a really nice touch. We have walked lots and spent lots of time in the hot tub chillng. DH did fill up on fuel before coming home as it was cheaper there than at home but not sure what he spent.
Everything else seems to be ticking along, although i must start thinking about christmas!

Afternoon all, what pants weather today, washing is currently on the airer and the woodburner is lit although CH is off.
Last few days seem to have flown, been busy with work, dog training and having a sort out of my winter wardrobe, couple of bits listed and some bits bagged up for the charity shop, also found a couple of party style tops and a christmas jumper i can list next month. Also found an evening bag i had completely forgotten about that will go perfectly with a dress I have for our holiday in January, so pleased about that as i was thinking i was going to have to buy a new one.
Also found a bag of dishwasher tablets in the back of the cleaning cupboard i had totally forgotten about, I vaguely remember buying them as i i'm sure i bought them and then a day or 2 later a received a parcel of tablets to test for a survey site and put the ones i bought away, anyway there is at least 2 months worth and i can cross it off my shopping list for Friday.
Made a lovely roasted veg soup to use up some bits in the fridge, bulked it out with some lentils and it made 8 portions, 2 portions have gone into the freezer and the others got eaten yesterday and today for lunch, also made some cheese scones using up some very strong cheddar. Speaking of the freezer I have found another bag of scampi and a small piece of beef for roasting so need to add those to the freezer list. Have used up some cheese and some milk so it is going down slowly.
Made a batch of choc chip cookies and some flapjack for sweet treats, might make bread tomorrow if i can get myself organised.
Money into account today so have shuffled that around, £100 into hols account, £100 into joint and £100 off the mortgage, need to pay £200 off CC to clear it for bits we have bought this month and fuel, but there is one amaz0n payment pending so hopefully that will clear tomorrow and i can get it paid.
£5 in from quidc0 which has been sent to emergency savings pot, surveys and selling seems slow at the moment. I'm wondering if people are holding off buying stuff and waiting to get closer to christmas.
Take care xx

Good morning, animals all sorted, dogs walked in the sunshine and first load of washing has been hung out, 2nd load is in the machine, hopefully it will all dry in the nice weather.
Been out to the freezers and taken out some cinnamon and raisin bagels, sliced cooked roast turkey and pork chops, did also find some quick fry steaks and a tub of white choc and raspberry icecream. I can see this eat up challenge going into November.
Shopping list and meal plan finalised and will pop to small town tomorrow morning as i only have an hour in work tomorrow morning and then that frees up the weekend (hate weekend supermarket shopping).
Couple of surveys done first thing and redeemed £5 which went straight into PP and was withdrawn straight into savings.
Have a great day xx

Afternoon all, just a quick one and then off to walk the dogs, trying to dodge the showers.
Day started off Beautiful and i managed to get a load of washing hung out and dried before the showers started this afternoon, nipped into work for an hour and then off to small town to do grocery shop. DD came with me as she needed to go to the post office, also meant she could help me with the shopping.
£41 spent in Mr S and managed to get a few yellow sticker items in the fruit and veg section which I also got extra points as they were on my nectar card,a couple of christmas food items purchased and put away, also picked up a christmas present and a birthday present this was £10 spent but doesn't come from grocery pot.
£84 spent on groceries in Mr Al did include some reduced bread and bacon, guess we know whats for breakfast tomorrow. Also spent £30 on a heated throw, i had been looking at these on the lake1and site but couldn't justify the price even with a 20% off voucher so when i spotted these in Mr A1 I decided to get myself one out of my personal spends (which is now wiped out for the rest of the month).
Came home and chopped up some of the reduced veg and made a lovely winter veg soup which will see us through the stormy weekend. Pork chops, veg and boulongerie potatoes for tonights meal.
4 items listed on v1nted and 3 items into the charity bag.
Think that's all from me, not very exciting
