Morning, been awake since 5.30am thanks to lots of little birds outside singing chirpy chirpy cheep cheep, laid in bed listening to them for a while and then decided to get up and get the dogs walked.
So dogs have been walked and fed, chickens sorted and pootling about doing what chickens do, except lay eggs as they seem to have gone broody. Washing has been hung out and i've chucked my trainers and jeans in to wash that i walked the dogs in this morning as baby doggo decided to run through a bog and then jump all over me, so i'm now in a 2nd set of clean clothes and its only 8.30am, it's no wonder i have so much washing.
Going to finish my cup of tea and overnight oats and hoover the house before it gets too warm.
Have a great day xx4 -
Good evening and what a beautiful day it has been. I have managed to get up to date with all the washing
. All the ironing has been done and put away. There is a couple of hoodies still on the line which i hope will be dry when i go and put the chickens to bed later. I've hoovered the house from top to bottom, cleaned the bathroom and tidied the dining room.
Managed a couple of hours outside in the sunshine this afternoon, i really need to get on top of the garden, it seems to be taking over but that's going to have to be a job for another day.
2 sales today, one on vinted £2 the money can stay put when it clears as i'm sure there will be something i need at some point. £15 e bay sale which will go to holiday pot, vinted parcel is wrapped and ready to go tomorrow, ebay parcel isn't as i need to forage a box from work tomorrow. Couple of surveys done today but not many about and entered a comp.
All meals from stores today, lunch was bacon butty, snacked on fruit this afternoon and had chicken pie, mash, peas and carrots for tea. Taken out pasta bake from the freezer for tea tomorrow which will be quick and easy as it's dog training night.
Back to Work tomorrow after a lovely week off, countdown to summer is on

Evening all, back to work after a week off and it was another crazy day. Managed to forage a box from work today for ebay parcel and speaking of ebay sold another item today so that's another £14 to holiday pot. Will drop them off tomorrow when i go for petrol as it is an evr1 drop off point, trying hard to combine trips to save petrol.
postie brought me a new book today which although not moneysaving was bought 2nd hand so only £3.50 for a hardback book, but has brought me joy.
Quick tea tonight which was pasta bake from the freezer which was very scrummy. lunch was cheese and crackers and some fruit, oh and a piece of cake as a member of staff had a birthday last week and brought in cake, it would have been rude not to and also there is no calories in free cake.
Had dog training to tonight and shattered now, fees were due tonight so paid those, dropped off v1nted parcel at a locker at sainsburys on the way home.

Good Morning.
What is going on with the weather, It certainly doesn't feel like June!
Quiet week on the money front, nothing else sold on £bay or v1nted and only £10 redeemed from a survey site. Not many surveys completed as i seemed to be screened out of a lot.
Banks account looks sad as all DD have gone out this week, also paid some bills, filled the car with fuel and have had a trip to the hairdressers, small grocery shop £28 yesterday to see us through until Tuesday when i'm having a big shop delivered.
Mortgage has gone out this week with an overpayment of £100, now in the 48s
DH is home and i now have a huge pile of washing which i have no idea how i'm supposed to get dry with the current weather.

It's been quite nice here, sunny/cloudy. Well done on the mortgage overpayment! Exciting to be in the 48s"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney1

Hello all, super busy week at work and weather has been pants all week. Annoyed as TD has had to be used a couple of ties as i' struggling to get hoodies and towels dry. Woodburner has been lit a couple of times during the week, don't think the weather got the memo that it is June.
It has been a spendy week, online grocery shop delivered £130, there was washing powder and toilet roll but nothing fancy foodwise and no alcohol, everything just sees to be expensive. £30 spent in the butchers did include a piece of beef for fathers day tea which was £18 eeek.
Night out last night for friends birthday, it was a lovely night, fantastic meal and lots of cocktails consumed but very spendy.
Made a small amount of extra money, £13 from £bay and £10 from surveys both have gone into the holiday pot.
Feels like the mid month slump, not much happening in the bank accounts, anyone else get excited for payday money shuffle?

The weather is dire 😞 I think we all look forward to the payday shuffle although sadly over far too soon 😆I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

Definitely counting the days down til payday!
I agree shopping still seems to be so expensive. Glad you had a good night out."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0
