    Can you find the CEO?
This is the member team but cant see a way to contact direct

I have been emailing customerCare@motorfuelgroup.com but they do have another info@motorfuelgroup.com but i imagine would go to the same department

You can send a message via online form on there website https://www.motorfuelgroup.com/contact-us/ but again not sure if they all go through the same department

According to the CEO email site, it's

    william.bannister@motorfuelgroup.com

    From https://www.!!!!!!/s.php?id=ceo-289059&c=Motor Fuel Group-Chief Executive

    That's great thank you.
It has been well over a week now since last had a response from MFG, do i just email this William Bannister everything I initially sent to the customer care email regarding my case or am i complaining about the replies(or lack of)  from his employee 'Prabhakar' first?

Have a made a draft to the CEO but would appreciate some input if this is a ok for a opening email to him just to get the ball rolling ir do you think i should be including everything?

    Dear Mr Bannister

Re: Parking Complaint - Ticket Update [ID:xxxxxxx]

I know this is not strictly your area but I am fed up being fobbed off then ignored by your employees in customer care (specifically Prabhakar), and have been left with no option but to go further up the chain to yourself.
I'm presuming you have access to the ticket ID number to read the correspondence but I'd be happy to go over it with you if you prefer.

    Kind Regards

Remove this because CS staff fobbing you off is his area:

    And maybe add.

I wonder if the best way would be for me to come to your offices to discuss this matter with you personally.
I find face to face discussions far more productive

Do you have your diary to hand to arrange a date?

@Coupon-mad thank you, that line removed.

@ChirpyChicken thank you, have added and edited accordingly

    Does this sound better?

I'd be happy to go over it with you if you prefer this way as i am not having any luck going through the channels via your customer care team?

    Kind Regards
