I would re-send it and ask that it be escalated as a COMPLAINT to the head of customer services - as that is just rude as they've entirely ignored your request - that's a template response and is appalling.3

remind them that they are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their agents (contractors)From the Plain Language Commission:

Dear Prabhakar
Your robotic replies are beyond a joke. I'm not going away. This isn't acceptable.
Escalate this as a formal complaint about you, to your Manager or I'll email Motor Fuel Group's CEO by name over the weekend, to ask that they make themselves available to be summoned to court to answer for MFG's joint and several liability for my counterclaim when your horrific agents inflict litigation on me.
I suggest MFG seeks legal advice if you think this is all a joke.
yours sincerely,

No reply from Prabhakar, Im guessing he could be ignoring the last email, as previous emails responded too within a few hours.Should i send a follow up, im not sure if they go through direct to him or if someone else would pick them up though?1

Give him a chance. Could be away. Could be escalating the matter as you asked him to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Could be escalating the matter as you asked him to.That would be a nice thought if he has, just would of expected a return email by now saying that’s what he has done, personally i think he's ignoring it but I’m hoping you’re right. How much time should i allow for a follow up do you think?0

As much as he was quick to respond before, I think 5 working days seems reasonable - esp if he is looking to help (however I am a little cynical that he has not acknowledged it).3

Its been a week now and no follow up from anyone over at Motor Fuel Group.Do you think this is something that’s worth pursuing and if so would it get past 'Prabhakar' if they are going straight to his inbox only, (providing he is choosing to filter and ignore them?)
