Our goal is to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for all our customers. Motor Fuel Group has an agreement in place with a parking contractor, Euro Car Parks. This agreement is enforced in multiple sites within our network where a number of significant contributing factors have required additional steps to support us in maintaining a safe and accessible forecourt for all of our customers.Due to the parking management at this service station being entirely operated by Euro Car Parks, we kindly ask you to contact them directly on one of the below options:Euro Car Parks30 Dorset SqLondon NW1 6QJTel: 020 7563 3000

Customer Service TeamDear Prabhakar,
So that's three different parking operators you've now mentioned but I'm pleased to see you confirm that you contracted Euro Car Parks.
'Pleased' because (unlike UKPPO and PCM) they are BPA members and their contracts allow client cancellations.
As you've read in my last email, I'm asking you to please find the 'client cancellations' clause in the agreement and invoke that right for me as a gesture of goodwill. It takes just one email and your agreement with ECP makes that option available to all clients.
If it costs you a tenner to invoke a 'genuine customer' cancellation with your agents, I'll cover that, if it resolves the dispute.
I won't engage with Euro Car Parks, so kindly stop telling me to do that.
You are jointly and severally liable for the actions of your agents and I choose to deal with you (the principal) because unlike parking firms, your industry cares about reputation and the consumer experience.
kind regards,PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Follow up response from Motor Fuel Group:-Thank you for your email and for providing further clarification on your concerns.I understand your frustration, and I appreciate you highlighting the points you've raised. However, I would like to inform you that your case is currently being handled by Euro Car Parks (ECP), as they are the parking operator for the location in question. ECP is responsible for managing the parking charge notices and cancellations, as per our agreement with them. While I understand your preference not to engage directly with ECP, we are bound by the terms of our arrangement with them. If you would like to pursue a cancellation through ECP, I encourage you to reach out to them directly. I am confident they will be able to assist you in addressing your concerns. We do value your business and the feedback you’ve provided, and I hope we can find a satisfactory resolution for you through ECP.If you require any further assistance or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.Best regards,PrabhakarCustomer Services Team

Dear Prabhakar
Are you saying you've signed an agreement that doesn't give you the right to a number of client cancellations per month?
Euro Car Parks suddenly launched tens of thousands of small claims last year. Were Motor Fuel Group aware of what these firms do to people as their core business model or have they blinded you with their spiel about 'new ANPR technology' and 'rich data'?
You're letting a notoriously litigious firm have carte blanche to sue staff and customers with no ability to step in?
This is astonishing. Motor Fuel Group's preference and naivety to support your aggressive agent rather than proactively support customers, is horrendously misplaced.
Your confidence in ECP is naive in the extreme. Parking firms don't "assist" the public with "concerns"! These firms only make money by penalising people like me.
When someone made the decision to sign this contract and heard that ECP offer their dubious services 'free' ...did it seriously not even raise a red flag...?
How do you think they make money? They don't cancel PCNs unless landowners tell them to, which most professional retailers do, routinely. E.g. Sainsburys use Euro Car Parks and my research tells me that Sainsburys branch staff across England & Wales cancel PCNs for customers as standard, when customers complain.
Why not Motor Fuel Group? Clearly you don't value my business enough to protect me from being sued? You've lost my business now. This is a hopeless, futile (avoidable) impasse and it's causing me immense distress.
Kindly tell me the name and contact details of the MFG manager who will attend court when I counterclaim against both MFG and ECP when they file their inevitable rip-off claim.
