Showing us standard £170 debt letters isn't needed. We have no time for them which is why I beg people (in the fourth post of the NEWBIES thread, which more than covers this 'do nothing' stage) NOT to post about them.

They are normal. Read the NEWBIES thread at each stage. No paying. Come back if you get a court claim but please, no £170 letters.

You will be glad we protect our time this strictly, when you actually need advice.

     :)

I do apologise, i have since read through properly what was asked and i can see now i didn't need to reply yet again, the amount of posts and things to read overwhelmed me a bit.

What i am a bit confused about is the first 2 letters were sent to my business address where my car is registered and insured at.
However this letter came to my home address, is this normal?

Which address are you easily contacted at, both? If you prefer them to erase one address, then tell them to do that.

Not fussed which address they contact me at just surprised as never had any letters like this come to my home address before as my details and records for the car are at the business address so was wondering how they got it or why they sent this particular letter to my home

I thought this had gone away as not had any more letters since last August but today i had a letter from Moorside Legal.
Is this a Letter Before Claim, should i do anything now?

    Regards

Nope. Next letter will be the LBC. Ignore that one. Read the second post of the NEWBIES thread in preparation. This is the stage you actually WANT!
Thank you for your reply. I’m guessing that they will take this further seeing as its been 5 months since original letter if they are now sending these letters?
