I just supplied a few lncluding my recent 3 month fit note and my medical conditions etc. Could the case manager turn my pip down because I didn't supply enough evidence? this has got me stressed out now.

You’re over thinking this, and I get your anxious about this. You cant now add evidence unless your challenging the DM decision, which you havent got yet. Equally if, as suspected youve been awarded enhanced for both awards there is nothing to challenge.Proud to have dealt with our debtsStarting debt 2005 £65.7K.

You are repeatedly trying to calm anxious thoughts by over thinking this PIP application and creating anxieties as a result that have neither value or reason. This is why anxiety disables you. While you may not be able to fix that (distraction is a useful technique I use) it is helpful to appreciate that this is what happens and try to rationalise it. I had hoped in getting the report either your anxieties would be severely curtailed (as it definitely helps many claimants who primarily fear the assessment going wrong/badly) or you'd be better situated to challenge a decision that could come - since the report is an exceptionally good one for you it is unfortunate that your anxious thoughts seem completely unchecked. I am concerned that even when the decision (likely a maximum award) comes that too may not work and that anxious thoughts about your PIP may persist intrusively - let's hope not!
Try to distract yourself until the decision letter arrives. That could take weeks but I hope not many of them. There is nothing you can do at this point and all indications are good for your application. As you have been told many times the Decision Maker almost always simply agrees with the assessment report. The Assessor themselves will have looked at other evidence in assessing you and creating their report and that is clearly evident in what you quote of that report - had they felt they lacked evidence to draw their conclusions they would not have concluded as they did. Remember your case will land on the desk of someone who is probably being rushed to get through a lot of cases... they've got a comprehensive report they can almost certainly rely on and save themselves time by agreeing with it.
I am setting you a personal test. Until the decision is received try to avoid any further questions here on the thread. If you feel you need to ask a question I want you to try to first think about that question and whether it has any real value or if it is just a symptom of your anxiety - only post it if you are absolutely convinced the question is not a result of your anxiety disorder and that actually we can give important or useful information in response."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack7 -

Update: Still no decision as it's still with the case manager, so it's been 3 weeks since my assessment as I have been ringing Tuesday and yesterday for an update, but people on Facebook have warned me to be very careful as my PIP will go against me if I keep ringing, is this true? as I suffer from social anxiety and if it's true, I am just leaving it be now, as I am scared of ringing up just in case it goes against me. I am just desperate that is all why I keep ringing as I am running out of money, also It looks like I will have to sell my smart TV soon till this PIP comes through.0

Although phoning will not change the outcome of your assessment, you are wasting energy and time in doing so, equally your tieing up the phone lines for others that need help.
THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO BUT WAIT - once the DM has reviewed your assessment and a decision is made then and only then you will find out the outcome. When I was assessing I was told the gap between assessment and decision was eight weeks, at present the average time is twelve weeks.
YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING UNTIL THE DECISION IS MADE! I get your anxious and running out of money, but nothing is going to speed this up, you are not going to get any money quicker
Sorry to be so harsh but youve been told mulitple times, get away from toxic posts and places like facebook.
