In that case report them online to the BPA AOS compliance team with copies of the paperwork, especially a copy of the PCN and a copy of the complaint itself 

Of course they could ignore the complaint, but the real question is, are they willing to suffer from the consequences, if any, by ignoring the complaint 

Its like asking if you can ignore debt collectors letters, of course you can, but then are you willing to accept the consequences of ignoring. ?  Such aa a court claim. ?

The real question here is, what shall I do about it, which I answered above

Ha!  Nice.

At least the BPA complaints procedure has a purpose and seems to work, even though everything else about them is IMHO anti-motorist these days.
