Whilst a wait for a response from my last email (if I get one) my 7 days of account being on hold with BW legal ends tomorrow. What do I do regards to this? Is it worth sending a letter direct to TPS to offer the initial £25 as never had the chance to pay it as never received initial PCN? I’m worried as I don’t want no negative impact on my credit file as I’m  imminently due to apply for a new for a mortgage.

Oh ok, thank you. So do I just sit and wait and do nothing more until I received further correspondence from BW LEGAL? Not even go down the POPLA route? I do really appreciate all your help and support.

You can't do POPLA at this stage unless they reissue the PCN which they should do if you tell them that you didn't receive the PCN.

Send BW by email or on their portal, a pic of the DVLA letter and tell them the reason why the PCN provably went to a wrong address and tell them they must honour the BPA CoP Feb 2024 clause about pausing debt recovery and reissuing the PCN.  Quote that clause by number (I don't know it off the top of my head and I'm not looking it up - but you must)!

Thank you I’ve searched for the last hour and a half and can’t find Clause you number about pausing debt recovery and reissuing. The COP Feb 24 has got me dizzy, I’ve searched hi and low and can’t see it.

A heads-up  -  if you have a doc open and wish to find say a clause  -  control plus F will open a box. In that box type a word like "pause". This produces 2 examples  -  the first on pressing enter key will take you to the clause required.
