It’s just ludicrous, how are they still getting away with it!1

Any advice on what I do next please? They’ve now sent the original charge notice as I requested.0

That shows the correct figures of £50 charge plus the £25 early settlement figure, as discussed previously
Check the actual name and address on the left, to see if its the one that the DVLA database has registered, its either all correct, or its incorrect ( I believe that you have since got it corrected. )
If its incorrect, then you use the complaint link to TPS on the BPA AOS members list and state that you never received the NTK PCN letter so they are required to reissue the NTK PCN letter to the correct address this time, as stated in the BPA CoP that was discussed earlier and to call off the dogs
Meanwhile, You are still waiting for the Letter of Claim they mentioned in their last reply 2 weeks ago2 -
Yes your correct it was incorrect and has now been corrected. DVLA error on input, they used the postcode and entered an address based on that not the house number and road as provided on V5. So a bit of odd one for them to assume a full address based on postal code only.Great thank you, I’ve just looked at members list gone on link to TPS and found complaints policy which says to email Complaints@totalparking.co.uk.0

Definitely complain about it to TPS , as mentioned earlier , it was incorrectly served, so is void
Tell B W Legal to refer the matter back to their client, because you have put an official complaint in due to new evidence being provided2 -

They clearly had a different standard when you made a mistake and "parked at a college after 6pm and was unaware that this was a 24hr charge for parking".3 -
Can the complaint be as simple as this? Or do I need to add anything extra? TIA
REF No: AT4799456
I am writing to you to complain with reference to the above charge notice and how I never received the NTK PCN letter. As stated in the BPA CoP clause 23.8 you are required to re-issue the NTK PCN to the correct address as this was incorrectly served.
Yours Faithfully

And pause debt recovery.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It does state that I only have 56 days to complain and this is obviously out of that period of time. Does that matter?0

I wouldn't let that stop me, some biased arbitrary limit set by them in their own favour ?
If you set some biased arbitrary limits of a similar nature, do you really believe that they would adhere to your time limits. ?
