If your daughter doesn’t want you in contact with them surely that’s more important than money anyway.0 -
Well if he is mad at their daughter that would be a sure way to make him mad at them too & completely deny the debt.

If the repayments of the loan are through the daughter in some way, then we have a potential problem. If on the other hand, the repayments are being independently paid back, then l can not see the problem, other than the daughter's disdain for her ex and wishing her parents would have nothing to do with him. I can't help thinking that if all the monies were paid back to the parents and then they said to their daughter, we would like you to have it towards a fresh start, what would her reply be?0
