But I forgot to add my medical note, what my GP sent me, so hopefully, they will gather evidence by contacting my GP. But all of my current conditions state this and I don't know what it means?1. 8 May 2024 6:24 pm
Social phobia
Significance: Significant
Status: Active
2. 26 April 2024 12:23 pm
Agoraphobia
Significance: Significant
Status: Active
Does anyone know what that means (Significant, means?) is that mean it's not serious? and will that reduce of me getting LCWRA? I am getting worried now.

I also hope you made a strong case for a LCWRA descriptor (or more than one) in your returned form. I do have some concern perhaps like others.... but also make sure any supporting evidence gets into play too as they will not ask for it.
When I called today, they have confirmed that they have received my medical evidence and they have accepted them which I sent to them in my email address, so, it's just waiting on that UC50 form nowYou could adopt a belt and braces approach and also email the screenshots / photocopies / scans of the form that you took with your mobile. As you have posted that your benefit won't be affected if the UC50 doesn't arrive this means that you have a "Vulnerable" marker on your file (I do too) but it won't do any harm to email in a copy of what you have stored on your phone / computer. A vulnerable marker means that ultimately a UC50 (ESA50 for ESA) isn't a necessity for a WCA to be carried out in case the person struggles with the process and doesn't return the form (and as you've posted, your benefit won't be affected if the form doesn't arrive or is delayed) so if you email what you do have then they will still have your form and your answers on their file.I have read at other boards about people emailing the form to CHDA as well as posting it.0 -
Hi, on another subject apart from my PIP which is finally over and I am sorted with PIP now, I got another matter, I got my assessment next Wednesday by phone with Centre for Health and Disability Assessments as at the moment, I am only on LCW, but I really need to get on to LCWRA due to my health issues etc.
Anyway, I asked them to record the assessment which they noted down, but once the assessment is finished and recorded, will they send me a cd after the assessment? as when I recorded my assessment for PIP, they sent me a cd in the post. I am just wondering, will this be the same as PIP, or do I need to request the cd to be posted to me?
Any advice would be welcome, thank you in advance.0 -
I just had my assessment for Work Capability Assessment this morning, If things don't work out and I don't get placed on to LCWRA, do they give you a chance to appeal the decision? or when they make the first decision, is that final?0

You can challenge the decision in the usual way - Mandatory Reconsideration first, then appeal to tribunal if need be.1

When I was on ESA I as put in WRAG (same as LCW), as the were leaving be alone I didn't bother to appeal. Was like that for a number of years until it all changed and had to go to meeting etc, so asked for ressentiment but group unchanged. So I appealed and the Tribunal put me in Support Group (LCWRA).
I did have another assessment last year (after moving to UC), and was plain sailing kept in LCWRA

Update: I got my outcome this afternoon, I have been put on LCWRA , I am so happy. Will I get any backpay from this? I handed my three month fit note in April and it's due to run out in a few weeks time.

If it was a review started by UC (I don't think it was because you were providing fit notes) then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made. Either way, there's no waiting period for you.0
