I'm supposed to be writing lesson plans and such like but I seem to have spent far too long on here, as well as entering free bingo things (total waste of time - have won nothing). Basically, I'm procrastinating. Can anyone make me get on with work????Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on

Pick a reward for yourself that you can only have once you have finished your work.
It sounds daft but it really does work.

TBH, for the last 3 weeks I haven't had much of a life that hasn't revolved around school and I thought I was doing ok.
BF picked me up from school this afternoon and I was high as a kite - kids had made me cards and everyone was lovely. Then I came home and crashed back down to earth with a really big bump.
BF is taking his sis to see a craniosacral therapist at 5 so he's away with my car. On his way home he is swinging by to pick me up so that he can take his sis out for a birthday meal (which I'm not invited to) and he wants to have a drink so I'm playing taxi. All this despite the fact that last weekend we said we would go out to the cinema on the Friday when I finished school placement. But obviously it's ok to let me down. I've arranged to go to my sister's later on and he's annoyed at that because he'll have to be home in time for me heading out!
On top of that, I've just been sitting on the sofa sobbing my heartout for the last twenty minutes. I registered for the Race for Life the other day and all the bumph has come through. I was reading one of the stories in the leaflet and it all sounded so much like when my mum was ill and dying. So that set off the tears and now I feel crap.
I'd really like to curl up in bed and stay there.Reality check - hit rock bottom on 15 Dec 2008 with unsecured debts of £29,136 and not enough money to live on
